Sima



        Ingredients:
        5l water
        0,5kg brown sugar
        10g yeast
        3 lemons
        raisins

        1.Warm the water up until it is boiling. Add sugar.
        2.When water is as warm as your hand, crumble yeast,
          stir.
        3.Slice lemons and add them to water-sugar mixture
          _with_ peels.
        4.Let it be in room temperature 24h.
        5.Take lemons out. Grasp them to get all of stuff to
          sima.
        6.Take empty bottles. Put raisins into bottles and
          pour sima there too. Close bottles carefully.
        7.Let it be until raisins have rised surface.
        8.Cool sima down.
        9.Drink it!
